When an animal passes away, it is crucial to store it in the freezer as soon as possible to prevent degradation. If you choose to ship your pet to us, please ensure that is double-bagged tightly to maintain its condition. Additionally, selecting overnight shipping is highly recommended to minimize any degradation during transit. Taking these steps help preserve the integrity of your pet for the necessary arrangements.

We understand  that the loss of a family member is a profoundly challenging experience, and the urgency to arrange a memorial can be significant. However, it is essential to recognize that this process necessitates careful attention and time. We kindly ask for your understanding as may be a waiting period of up to 12 months while we diligently ensure that every detail is addressed with the utmost respect. Your patience during this time is greatly valued as we work together through this process.

If you would like to drop off your cherished pet in person instead of shipping, please reach out to us to set up an appointment. We operate strictly by appointment to ensure each pet receives personalized care. Your pet's  safety is our highest priority, and we aim to make this process as easy as possible for you. For those within a 15-mile radius, we also offer a pick-up service for an additional fee.
